Welcome to Gemstone Fitness — a pole and aerial studio designed to help you feel strong, confident, and empowered.
We offer supportive, beginner to advanced-friendly classes in pole and aerial movement, with a focus on fundamentals, strength, flow, and fun. Whether you’re brand new or building on your skills, you’ll find a welcoming space to move, grow, and shine at your own pace.
We're located on Egham High St, above Cafe Nero and opposite Tesco. There is parking available in Tesco and Waitrose car parks.

Intro to Pole
Saturdays at 10.35am
New to pole? Start here!
You’ll learn basic pole walks, beginner-friendly conditioning, simple flows, and a few foundational strength-based moves to start developing grip, coordination, and body awareness. Expect a supportive, welcoming environment with plenty of guidance, breaks, and modifications as you build strength at your own pace.
No prior pole or dance experience is required.

Pole Beginners
Monday at 8.10pm, Thursday at 6pm & Sunday at 10am
In this class you will learn basic poses, spins, climbs and seats. You will go through a strength building program to gain the strength to go upside down (invert) and build confidence. A combination of moves will be put together for you to learn each week.

Pole Improvers
Alternate Sundays at 11.05am
Perfect for if you’re in between beginners and inter 1, have had some time away from pole, want to work the weaker side, or certain moves you’re struggling with.
Each week we will work through:
- A variety of on and off the pole conditioning,
- different entries, grips, & exits,
- linking spins together in different ways, as well as changing their dynamic
- A dedicated section in the lesson for either requested moves or if no requested moves, a combo using base level inter 1 or advanced versions of the beginner syllabus.

Pole Intermediate 1
Monday at 7.05pm.
Pole Int 1+2 Thursday 7.05pm & Saturday 11.40am
A progressive transition class from beginners and intermediates 2, concentrating on various sits, different types of grips, more advanced spins and an extension on our inverts.
Learning combinations of arms only and legs only moves, this is a great class for building strength and confidence.
You should have completed the beginners syllabus before moving up.

Pole Intermediate 2
Pole Int 1+2 Thursday 7.05pm & Saturday 11.40am
This is a more advanced intermediate class and you must have completed the Pole Int 1 syllabus before moving into this class.
There'll be more strength and flexibility training in these classes and pushing boundaries, with legs only and arms only moves. We will be starting to use different types of grips.
A great class for extending your own personal pole syllabus.

Spinny Pole
Wednesday at 7.35pm
Our Spinny Pole class focuses on building control, strength, and confidence on a rotating pole. You’ll learn how to generate, manage, and adjust momentum to execute spins, shapes, and tricks with intention — including how to slow down or increase speed to create smooth, flowing combinations.
This class also emphasizes strength and body control, helping you hold shapes with stability while the pole is in motion. You’ll work on linking moves together, refining transitions, and safely dismounting while spinning.
Each class includes a thorough warm-up, targeted conditioning, spin-focused skills, time to build and practice combos, and a guided cool-down.

Static Pole: Power & Flow
Alternate Wednesdays at 6.30pm
A technique lead static pole class that blends strength, control and elegance. We will explore static spins, rotations, climbs and transitions with a focus on grip-strength, clean lines and confident execution. You’ll also work on connecting movement smoothly, developing awareness of shape, flow and presentation, allowing technique to not just feel strong but beautiful.
This strength based class is suitable for mixed abilities from upper beginner and above with options and variations offered so you can progress at your own pace while building confidence on the pole.

Flying Pole
Alternate Wednesdays at 6.30pm, alternate Thursdays at 8.10pm
Come and fly with us! Our Flying Pole classes are perfect for anyone who wants to experience the beauty and elegance of dancing on a pole that moves with you.
You’ll explore spins, flows, climbs, tricks, shapes, and combos — all designed to build strength, grace, and confidence in the air. Flying Pole is a magical way to challenge yourself while feeling light and empowered.
Whether you’re just starting out or leveling up, you’ll leave feeling strong, confident, and inspired.

Pole Dance / Heels
Occasional Fridays at 6.45pm
Unleash your inner dancer in our Pole Dance class — a choreography-focused session with no tricks, just movement, flow, and music. You’ll learn spins, transitions, and sequences that help you connect with your own style and confidence.
Want to add heels? Go for it! This class is the perfect place to explore slinky, dancey, contemporary, or flow-based styles and bring out your inner pole goddess or god.
Suitable for all levels, this class is ideal if you want to focus on the art of pole dancing and embrace your movement with confidence.
Please bring your own heels if you want to use them, as they aren’t supplied in class. Recommended for ages 16+.

Heels Technique
Alternate Sundays at 11.05am
Step into your power with our Heels Technique class, designed to help you move confidently, elegantly, and safely in heels. Focus on posture, balance, lines, spins, transitions, and floorwork to refine your style and build strength.
Perfect for all levels, this class allows you to practice control and precision while exploring sultry, confident movement. Bring your heels and step into a class that’s all about technique, style, and owning your inner confidence.
Please bring your own heels, as these are not supplied.

Aerial Hoop Beginners
Tuesdays at 7.45pm & Saturdays at 11.40am
Our Aerial Hoop Beginners class is perfect for anyone wanting to try hoop for the first time — no previous experience required! Suitable for ages 12 and up, this class focuses on building confidence, strength, and body awareness in a supportive environment.
You’ll learn basic mounts, seats, poses, and transitions while following a beginner-friendly syllabus, all designed to help you progress safely and enjoyably. Aerial hoop is a fantastic way to build upper body strength and coordination while having fun in the air.
What to wear: Vest top, leggings, socks or leg warmers, and layers are ideal for comfort and safety.

Aerial Hoop Intermediate 1
Tuesdays at 6.45pm & Saturdays at 10.35am
Our Hoop Int 1 class is a progressive session designed for students who have completed the beginners syllabus and can invert competently. This class focuses on developing strength, control, and flow through more advanced sits, grips, intermediate moves, and combinations.
Ideal for those ready to take their aerial hoop skills to the next level, the class emphasizes safe, structured progression in a supportive environment.
What to wear: Vest top, sports bra (optional), leggings, and socks/leg warmers (optional) for comfort and grip.

Aerial Hoop Intermediate 2
Saturdays at 9.30am
Our Hoop Int 2 class is designed for students who have completed both the Beginners and Intermediate 1 syllabus. This class builds on your existing skills, revisiting intermediate moves while introducing longer sequences and more advanced elements, including top bar work, drops, and rolls.
Focus on flow, strength, and precision as you progress your aerial hoop practice in a supportive environment.
What to wear: Vest top, sports bra (optional), leggings, and socks/leg warmers (optional) for comfort and grip.

Aerial Silks
Mondays at 6pm & alternate Thursdays at 8.10pm
Aerial Silks uses two ribbons of fabric that can be climbed, wrapped, or knotted into a hammock, offering a versatile and exciting aerial experience suitable for beginners through to advanced students.
In class, you’ll learn to climb, wrap the silks into graceful poses, and explore dynamic drops, rolls, and transitions — all while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

Aerial Hammock
NEW CLASS - dates to be confirmed
If you are looking to try out or start an Aerial work this beginners class is for you. You will get acquainted with the set up of the hammock and its benefits.
The session includes a warmup, main segment with core and strength exercise, and finishes with deep relaxation in the hammock. You will be reminded to listen to your body for guidance and challenge yourself only where it feels right.
