Pole

All our lessons start with a cardio warm up, followed by some strength and conditioning moves. We will then complete the lesson plan that has been created specifically for the class, ending with a cool down at the end of the session.

All pole classes will be taught on the highest quality equipment – we use X-Poles and there are a maximum of two people per pole. We also use high quality crash mats for your safety.
